The Community Editor Program (formerly known as the Post Approval Program) was a program set up by Roblox for the DevForums, where 26 developers (me included) were responsible for reviewing posts submitted by members on the DevForum, for categories such as "Bug Reports", "Feature Requests" and "Learning Resources". As of September 2020, the program has ended and a new feedback pipeline was created internally.
As a member of the PA program, it was my job to go through posts via a ticket system daily and approve or support the creation of high-quality written posts that would be clear, understandable by Roblox Engineers, and forum users alike. One area I think I pride myself on the most is that most of my time on this program was spent refining people's posts instead of denying them outright, which has certainly impacted those developers and their career prospects moving forward.
